Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Handle heavy cleaning tasks that require lifting and moving furniture and equipment
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance and cleaning purposes
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Execute custodial tasks in various areas including restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Conduct commercial cleaning activities following established protocols
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within deadlines

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks
- Ability to clean efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
