**What we’re looking for**:
The Receptionist is responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of Four Seasons administration. This includes coordinating and communicating office activities, greeting and screening visitors, answering and referring inbound telephone calls. They will also be responsible for administering Four Seasons correspondence. **This position is for Saturday's.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answer the telephone following proper telephone etiquette protocol.
- Greet customers as they come through the front door with a smile and welcoming greeting. Converse and inquire about the customers’ needs and direct them to the appropriate department following to make sure each customer is greeted and taken care of by the next dept/person.
- Record and track UPS for the sales team and maintain proper rotation.
- Keep track of the availability of the sales personnel.
- Inspect the exterior of all new incoming trailers.
- Prepare paperwork for new units and direct it to the appropriate departments.
- Keep track of and direct demo customers in the appropriate direction.
- Maintain tracking logs of all trucks, vans, and dealer plates.
- Order all new customer unit name decals as well as any other decals required. Have all decals ordered and ready in advance.
- Prepare binders for all sold trailers.
- Create daily demo sheets.
- Keep coffee area clean and make sure coffee is ready at all times.
- Process all deal sheets; enter data into the system and make copies for the sales person and other appropriate departments.
- Run errands away from the dealership as required.
- Assist other employees/departments at the dealership with paperwork and other tasks as assigned.
- Stamp all brochures when they are delivered to the dealership; distribute to the sales team.
- Organize all special lunch days.
- Turn TV monitor on in the morning and shut off at the end of the day.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by management.

**Core Competencies and Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Basic computer computer skills are an asset
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
