As primary responsibilities you can;
- Create a happy customer experience by consulting with customers on Pepper Tree Spice Co. products, assisting with suggestions and purchases before completing POS transactions, following daily open & close procedures.
- Assist in hosting our Pepper Tree Supper Club, cooking workshop and class events working with our chef to deliver an expemplary guest experience.
- Attend festivals, markets, tradeshows and social events as scheduled events arise professionally representing Pepper Tree Spice Co. and providing a positive brand and shopping experience whether in "The Spice Box" mobile retail store or satelite pop-up or permanent satelite locations.
- Assist in monitoring of the online ordering system, complete orders, and prepare packages for timely delivery.
- Assist with keeping inventory at desired levels complying with company and regulatory procedures, working ahead when needed.
- Proactively assist teammates and President with special projects as needed.

Position reports to the Sales Coordinator.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers Liscence (required)
- Smart Serve (preferred)
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
