We currently have an opening for a **Fulfillment Driver/Warehouse Associate.**

Reporting to Fulfillment Planning Supervisor, Fulfillment Driver/Warehouse Associate has the responsibility of picking small orders, driving and operating a company vehicle that requires a “G” Driver’s License. You will be accountable for the safe transportation of industrial vending machine material to three different locations in the GTA.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Delivery and stocking of products in Industrial vending machines at 3 locations in the GTA
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Establish good rapport with service location employees, through verbal communication and excellent service, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Picking, labelling and loading van with vending products
- Safely operate a company step van in designated area to provide products and service to TOC’S clients
- Verify daily preventative maintenance of vehicle and maintain proper operator documentation
- Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product
- Load/unload product per company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Maintain excellent customer service with TOC customer
- Help receive and process warehouse stock products (unload, pick, label, store)
- Assist with inventory control and keep quality standards high for audit
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Other duties as assigned

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school Diploma/GED required
- Strong attention to detail with good communication skills
- Must have a clean criminal background check and driver abstract
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift loads of up to 50lbs as require
- Must have safety footwear
- 1+ years in inventory management experience
- 2+ years of warehouse experience with use of handheld computers Forklift experience (current Walkies, Counterbalance and Reach Truck certification is considered an asset)
