THIS IS CANNABIS has two operating locations and is a market leader in the Fraser Valley region focused on growth and development of the company and its team.

THIS IS CANNABIS is currently seeking full-time Budtenders for our flagship Chilliwack location who will be responsible for guiding customers to find the ideal product for the exact experience they are looking for.

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Knowledge of licensed cannabis retail products is a huge asset_
- Having a valid driver's license and vehicle is a huge asset_
- You have strong customer service skills
- You have demonstrated sales experience
- You have knowledge of POS systems
- You have strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- You have a positive attitude and are a team player

**Responsibilities**
- Drive sales and customer service excellence that is focused on educating customers on all cannabis products and accessories we carry
- Deliver a comfortable and professional shopping experience
- Ensure the proper execution of standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of each product within the complete range of new and current products available for purchase
- Use of a point of sale (POS) system in a retail setting
- Ensure the store is clean and organized
- Deliver product to customers who make online purchases using a company vehicle
- Comply with the cannabis industry regulations
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure the safety of self, team members and customers
- Diffuse difficult situations with customers as required
- Other duties as required

**Terms of Employment**
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Available positions for full-time and part-time
- Successful applicants must complete “Selling it Right” through the BC Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch if they have not already
- Store hours are 9am-11pm every day so applicants must be able to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends as required

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
