Cheviot Products Inc. is a North America wide distributor of decorative bathroom fixtures. With over thirty years of experience in the industry, we have an established market position and are looking to expand our team with a strong and ambitious Order Processor.

Key Responsibilities
- Processes orders into internal software (Spire)
- Manages list of back-ordered products and estimated arrivals
- Communicates order discrepancies and updates to customers and sales reps
- Maintains list of customer specific promotions
- Enters tracking information into online customer portals
- Coordinates custom painting of bathtubs with third-party painter
- Provides general customer service

Skills and Qualifications
- A desire to hold customer experience as the number one priority
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong proficiency with computers
- Ability to problem solve
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong data entry experience in a fast paced environment is a significant asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00 per year
