Lead Installation Technician

**Job details**:

- Technical lead of installation crew and assist team with mechanical & technical trouble shooting
- Deliver professional service and maintain a good relationship with customers
- Supervise a crew of 4-8 technicians on project site
- Act as a mentor for junior and intermediate technicians
- Responsible for quality of workmanship, health and safety compliance, on-time job completion and customer satisfaction
- Support after hours on-call for emergency service calls (evenings/weekends) on a rotation with other leads
- Overnight travel may be required
- On the job tooling, company vehicle and required certifications provided by Clark

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience in technical assembly and installation of equipment in an agriculture setting
- Knowledge of poultry and egg production systems is an asset
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience with an on-site team
- Innovative thinking, problem solving skills and a good attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- **Due to biosecurity reasons you cannot be considered for this position if you reside in a residence with backyard flocks, exotic birds or poultry barns**
