The Service Delivery Manager reports to the Mainframe & AS/400 Director within the Production Management & Systems Operations Vice Presidency.

Your future duties and responsibilities

**The main responsibilities are**:

- Manage IT professionals dedicated to Mainframe and AS/400 operations (+/- 25 members);
- Carefully and optimally manage timesheets and on-call bonuses;
- Hire employees, organize work, manage priorities, conflicts and human resources, within the budget framework set by the director;
- Maintain, Improve and execute the internship plan for staff renewal;
- Support team leaders in the management of operational activities;
- Participate in the definition and evolution of service offers related to the platforms under his responsibility;
- Ensure adequate follow-up of requests, projects and incidents related to customers (internal and external) of the platforms under his responsibility;
- Implementation and monitoring of dashboards;
- Comply with the Management Framework Member partnerships (recruitment, onboarding, career planning, performance evaluation, meetings, pay equity, satisfaction evaluation);
- Monitoring the quality of service;
- Compliance with delivery commitments (capacity, performance, availability, deadlines, SOX volume);
- Compliance with business unit standards and procedures

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations;
- Experience managing multiple teams of senior professionals;
- Very good knowledge of IT operations services integration and delivery processes. (in zSeries and/or iSeries environments would be an asset);
- Experience with mainframe technology (an asset);
- Knowledge of major trends in the information technology industry;
