**Role Overview**:As the Coordinator for Career Services, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our students in realizing their career aspirations. Your role will involve providing personalized career counseling, managing relationships with corporate partners, organizing career fairs, and facilitating workshops on resume building and interview preparation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with students to help them identify their strengths, interests, and career goals.
- Assist students in creating effective resumes, cover letters, and portfolios that align with industry standards.
- Develop and nurture relationships with corporate partners to facilitate internship opportunities, job placements, and industry collaborations.
- Organize and coordinate career fairs, workshops, and networking events to connect students with industry professionals and potential employers.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align career development activities with the curriculum and student learning outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market insights to provide relevant and up-to-date career guidance to students.
- Maintain records of student interactions, job placements, and career development outcomes for reporting purposes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of career services by collecting feedback and implementing enhancements based on student needs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Counseling, Human Resources, Education) is preferred.
- Proven experience in career counseling, job placement, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, faculty, and industry professionals.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively plan and execute career-related events.
- Familiarity with industry trends, labor market dynamics, and the ability to translate them into actionable guidance.
- Proficiency in resume building, interview preparation, and other career development techniques.
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative and student-centered environment.
- Professional certifications related to career counseling (e.g., CCSP, GCDF) are a plus.
