**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Assist in the preparation of ingrediants for various cookies.
- Follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure consistency in product quality.
- Package finished products for display and sale, ensuring they are visually appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their selections and answering any questions they may have.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely production of the cookies.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in food preparation or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools is beneficial.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is essential.
- Experience in customer service roles will be an advantage.
- Skills in cake decorating or other specialized baking techniques are a plus.
