Job Title: Tower Crane Operator for Nucrete Forming

Nucrete Forming is currently seeking an experienced Tower Crane Operator to join our team. As a Tower Crane Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our tower cranes during the construction of precast concrete structures.

**Responsibilities**:
Operate tower cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects, equipment, and materials at construction sites.

Inspect and maintain the crane and its components, including cables, pulleys, booms, and hooks, to ensure they are in good working condition and safe to operate.

Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following all relevant safety guidelines.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine crane operating procedures and requirements.

Communicate effectively with other team members, such as signalers and riggers, to ensure that loads are lifted, moved, and positioned safely and accurately.

Ensure that loads are properly secured and balanced before lifting.

Work with the project manager and superintendent to schedule and coordinate crane usage.

Maintain accurate records of crane usage and maintenance.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid tower crane operator certification.

Minimum of 2 years of experience operating tower cranes in a construction setting.

Good physical condition and able to climb stairs and ladders to reach the crane cab.

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly and accurately.

Good understanding of safety protocols and ability to maintain a safe work environment.
