We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. **Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure the safety of all workers on the construction site

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
