Sales Representative Agriculture Equipment

We have an opening for a customer focused, dynamic, high achiever with experience in promoting products and solutions of new and used agriculture and turf equipment. As part of the sales team, the **Sales Representative** enjoys meeting with people, creating the best solutions for customers and strives to exceed expectations.
- Minimum 1-year equipment sales experience
- Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment, John Deere equipment knowledge preferred
- Understanding of farming operations, a strong asset
- Technology experience; laptops, tablets, Microsoft Office, internet and precision farming
- Understanding of basic sales reports to analyze and interpret data
- Ability to work flexible hours and live in the area
- Valid driver's license required; forklift license an asset
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Enjoy problem solving, information gathering and probing deeper
- Motivated to exceed expectations through goal setting and targets
