Human Resources Coordinator/ Recruiter

The Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter will attract and recruit talent to meet Remco’s current and future needs. The Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter will partner with hiring managers across the company to lead the recruitment process by gathering position requirements, sourcing talent, screening applicants, scheduling and coordinating interviews, presenting offers and working closely with the HR team to ensure a successful and engaging onboarding process for new hires.

**Responsibilities**
- Develops and maintains excellent working relationships with hiring managers to ensure a solid understanding current and future recruitment needs
- Partners with hiring managers to support them in attracting, sourcing, assessing, selecting and acquiring talent
- Manages the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Ensures recruitment process is being followed and work with hiring manager to develop their interviewing skills
- Coordinate new hire paperwork, facilitate the employee onboarding process
- Builds and implements campaigns across various social media platforms to attract new applicants
- Works with hiring manager to develop new hire training plans
- Works with HR team on assignments to support the Human Resources Department and Operations Department strategies and objectives, as required

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- 1-3 years progressive HR experience, recruiting and/or coordinating departmental programs and initiatives is a definite asset
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field and obtained (or working towards) HR Management Certification
- Strong knowledge with social media, Applicant tracking platforms (i.e., Indeed, LinkedIn), recruitment software, video conferencing platforms (i.e., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram) is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and with external partners and stakeholders
- Effective influencing and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable working in both office and Industrial / Warehouse / Transport environments
- Team player, who can collaborate well with others and also work independently with little direction or supervision
