**Consumer Services Parts Coordinator**

We are looking for a parts coordinator to order and manage replacement parts that are essential for our customer service departments day-to-day operations. Ultimately, you will ensure that inventory levels are maintained as well as maintaining good relationships with key suppliers to ensure parts are processed and delivered on time. Manage inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations of purchase orders.

- To monitor and maintain inventory levels.
- Manage backorders.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchase orders, reports and price lists.
- Review and analyze pricing of replacement parts.
- Scheduling of containers from overseas direct to Montreal and ensuring that parts are well prepared and strapped prior to loading.
- Track the status of purchase orders and carefully monitor past due ready dates.
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite containers, resolve missed or late deliveries, and other issues.
- Validate costs of purchase orders, and forward invoices to appropriate department.
- Respond to all inquiries made by Customer Service as it relates to parts and estimated dates order can be fulfilled.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in purchasing, inventory replenishment, supply chain or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP (Infor XA Power Link or Mapics an asset)
- Understanding of supply chain (experience with Asian supply chain an asset)
- Proficient in MS word, excel spreadsheets, outlook and word processing software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & French)
- College degree or higher.

**Schedule**:
Full Time - Monday to Friday (8:30AM - 5:00PM)

**Coordinateur des pièces pour les services aux consommateurs**

Nous recherchons un coordinateur de pièces pour commander et gérer les pièces de rechange qui sont essentielles aux opérations quotidiennes de notre département de service à la clientèle. Ultimement, le titulaire de ce poste veillera à ce que les niveaux des stocks soient maintenus et entretiendra de bonnes relations avec les principaux fournisseurs afin de s’assurer que les pièces sont traitées et livrées à temps. Gérer les demandes de renseignements sur l'état des commandes, les modifications ou les annulations de bons de commande.

**Voici quelques-unes de ses responsabilités**:

- Contrôler et maintenir les niveaux de stock.
- Gérer les commandes en souffrance.
- Préparer, maintenir et réviser les bons de commande, les rapports et les listes de prix.
- Examiner et analyser les prix des pièces de rechange.
- Planifier les conteneurs en provenance de l'étranger directement à Montréal et s'assurer que les pièces sont bien préparées et cerclées avant le chargement.
- Suivre l'état des bons de commande et surveiller attentivement les dates de livraison.
- Communiquer avec les fournisseurs afin de planifier ou d'accélérer les conteneurs, de résoudre les problèmes de livraison manquée ou tardive, et d'autres questions.
- Valider les coûts des bons de commande et transmettre les factures au service compétent.
- Agir en tant qu'expert en matière de pièces détachées pour l'équipe de première ligne du service à la clientèle.
- Répondre à toutes les demandes formulées par le service clientèle en ce qui concerne les pièces et les dates estimées d'exécution de la commande.
- Autres tâches confiées par le gestionnaire.

**Qualifications**:

- Un minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des achats, du réapprovisionnement des stocks, de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Expérience pratique de l'ERP (Infor XA Power Link ou Mapics, un atout).
- Compréhension de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (expérience de la chaîne d'approvisionnement asiatique un atout).
- Maîtrise de MS Word, des feuilles de calcul Excel, d'Outlook et des logiciels de traitement de texte.
- Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite (anglais et français).
- Diplôme collégial (Cégep) ou supérieur.

Temps plein - Du lundi au vendredi (8h30-17h)
