Cleaner/laundry Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for laundering and cleaning linens, towels, and other hotel items to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, and other hotel items
- Operate laundry equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Inspect items for stains or damage and treat them accordingly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area
- Monitor inventory levels of linens and supplies and report any shortages or damages
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens to guest rooms
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling chemicals and operating equipment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of proper laundering techniques and garment care instructions
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy loads
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Tasks for cleaning department

Sweep,mop dust,make beds.. clean disinfect and polish kitchen amd bathroom. Ability to work independently. Repetitive tasks bending crouching kneeling

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
