**Duties and Responsibilities**

3. Regularly interfaces with internal and external community groups and organizations to promote and support the organizations overall recruitment efforts as well as branding efforts.

4. Maintaining multiple tracking spreadsheets and working within HRIS system.

5. Working with multiple social media sites, and internal databases, as well as attending and coordinating job fairs both locally and surrounding areas.

6. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

**Minimum Job Requirements**:

- recruitment and selection experience is an asset
- Intermediate Microsoft Office required Excel is a must
- Human Resource Management Diploma is an asset
- Automotive Warehouse experience is an asset

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals in a diverse environment.
- Ability to use independent judgment and self-manage.
- Knowledge of recruitment advertising and marketing techniques and best practices.
- Effective speaking and writing skills and the ability to address small and large groups.
