**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Learn and memorize all of our flavor menu items
- Sanitizing and cleaning Pipes, hoses and prep areas
- Deliver orders to customers in a timely and respectful manner
- Use your knowledge of the flavor menu to make great suggestions for guests and answer all menu related questions
- Prepare Hookah/Shisha
- Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, tidying up prep stations, taking out trash, and restocking
- Must provide great customer and have a commitment to professionalism
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Ability to work on your feet for long hours at a time
- Maintain inventory and control of flavour stock and order supplies
- Learn and complete opening and closing duties properly
- Have a passion for providing Xhale’s Hospitality

**Who You Are?**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
