**Job Purpose**

Provide a very positive experience to current, new, and prospective students by administering student communications, admission procedures, and student onboarding effectively.

**Student Communications**
- Recommend the right CAC program to students that’s aligned with their goals
- Promote CAC as a Flight School of Choice and its programs
- Provide a very positive experience to students during the process

**Admission Procedures**
- Guide students through the admission procedures
- Set up student profile in the MIS system
- Send admission documents to students within 3 days after they pass the interview
- Send Letter of Acceptance to students within 3 days after their deposit is received
- Follow up with students and provide assistance as required before they came onboard

**Student Onboarding**
- Send to-do list to new students within 1 week after their admission is confirmed
- Assist new international students in finding accommodations and providing support as required
- Prepare and deliver onboarding documents to students in their first day

**Student Recruitment**
- Assist in recruiting new students by supporting marketing events and campus tours

**Salary**: $36,523.73-$67,357.24 per year
