**Position Overview**:

- Load materials onto Onsrud CNC router table and PerformArc robotic welder.
- Program selection and adjustment of CNC equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance according to manufacturers' guidelines.
- Monitor machining and welding processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Utilize power tools, including grinders, drills, and orbital sanders for various tasks.
- Read and interpret technical or engineering drawings.
- Maintain attention to detail throughout all processes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC equipment.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and ability to make adjustments as needed.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools.
- Strong knowledge of basic math.
- Familiarity with handheld power tools.
- Ability to read technical or engineering drawings.
- Attention to detail.

**Preferred, But Not Required**:

- Welding experience to monitor robotic welder performance.
- Ability to program CNC equipment.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
- Ability to work morning shift from 4AM to 12.30PM

**Compensation**:
The pay range for this position is $26 to $35 per hour, depending on experience and capabilities.
