**Product Expertise**: Stay up-to-date with our inventory of used cars, including details on pricing, features, and history, to provide accurate information to customers.

**Conduct Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to the specific features and benefits of our used car inventory.

**Negotiate Sales Contracts**: Skillfully negotiate sales contracts and address customer inquiries, resolving any concerns with professionalism.

**Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas for used cars, demonstrating your expertise and sales skills.

**Requirements**:
**Used Car Sales Specialization**: Proven experience and expertise in selling pre-owned vehicles.

**Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Exceptional ability to communicate and connect with customers effectively.

**Customer Service Excellence**: Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Independent and Team Player**: Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the dealership team.

**Valid Driver's License**: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

**Compensation**:
We pay the highest in the province offering a flat 30% commission rate for all vehicle sales, no teir program to get in your way. We also offer additional bonus on F&I, Accessories, CSI and volume. MacPhee Ford offers one of the most attractive compensation plans in the province for used car specialists. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and your expertise in used car sales will be generously rewarded through commissions and bonuses.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
