Our clients represent Risk, Finance, HR, CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Capital Markets, Personal and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management. We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.

The Technology Advisory Services (TAS) team is undertaking multiple complex enterprise-wide initiatives as part of Global Functions Technology (GFT) ongoing plan to improve technology management.

In this role you will be responsible for strategically planning and managing successful implementation of the cross-department strategic initiatives, acting as a primary point of contact in delivering high-quality solutions with measurable business value.

You will manage activities through project managers across multiple technology areas and coordinate activities to ensure objectives are accomplished on time.

**What will you do?**
- Manage the implementation of multiple concurrent initiatives of varying complexity in a time efficient manner. Monitor and control activities according to plan.
- Alignment of GFT TAS practices to strategy to meet regulatory requirements in the evolving global cyber security and IT risk environments.
- Development of strategy to drive the adoption of integration patterns across the entity integration journeys.
- GFT Migrations to next gen enterprise solutions such as Lumina, Helios, and enterprise cloud migrations such as PCF; and
- Financial controls and people management
- Continuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks. Analyze, mitigate and escalate where appropriate
- Develop and execute on end to end change management plans and plan and execute all communication related to these.
- Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms to build influence and impact with key business partners. Collaborate with groups to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into RBC procedures and processes.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must have**:

- 10+ years’ experience in handling enterprise-level projects/programs
- Undergraduate degree coupled with change management experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.
- Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.
- A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry.
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented; consistently able to meet high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation
- Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
