Core Lab at DynaLIFE consists of distinct testing areas for Chemistry, Hematology and Urinalysis. In our Core Lab department you will experience a high volume, well organized, efficient environment with strict quality control guidelines in place. The department relies heavily on team work to meet operational requirements.

**Major Functions and Responsibilities**
- General cleaning and housekeeping duties including washing of lab glassware/racks
- Daily discard of patient samples
- Restocking of supplies
- Receiving/unpacking/ordering of lab reagents/supplies; ability to lift 50 lbs is required
- Perform fridge/freezer/centrifuge maintenance function
- Assist in training new staff
- Other duties as assigned

- Must be thorough, accurate and detail oriented
- Keyboarding skills and basic computer knowledge

Required Experience
- Must have experience within the past 6 months working as a Medical Laboratory Assistant in a high-volume Laboratory
- Must have experience performing one or more of the following:

- Preparation of specimens for loading on instrumentation
- Unloading specimens from instrumentation / discard of specimens
- Performing fridge/freezer/centrifuge maintenance
- Glass wash in a Laboratory environment

**Minimum Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
