**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Train, mentor, and manage café staff in food handling, preparation, and customer service best practices.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in any role within a café, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices related to food handling and preparation.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Experience in kitchen operations including cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Familiarity with bartending is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
