- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Handle confidential information with discretion

- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in using phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in front desk reception duties is a plus
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures is preferred
- Ability to supervise and manage a team of administrative staff members
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Experience in vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships
- Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures is preferred
- Strong file management skills, including organizing, maintaining, and retrieving documents

**Salary**: $58,605.00-$62,743.00 per year
