**THE ROLE**
The Sports Facilities Supervisor ensures clients are provided with information regarding the facility, services, programs and activities; document and communicate incidents, accidents or damages; inspect equipment and facilities for safety and ensure corrective action is taken; organizes the submission of program and activity information ; supervises and trains employees; prepares employee work schedules and standard operating procedures; prepare bank deposits and ensure reconciliation of cash; oversees processes such as registration; and several other related tasks.

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

College diploma or certificate in Recreation, Public or Business Administration or a related field AND some years of experience in a related field

OR

High school diploma AND several years of experience in a related field

AND

Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification

**Experience**

In personnel administration

In general office administration

**Competencies, Skills and Abilities**

Bilingual Essential
