The work location is in
- **Nunavik** and the normal work schedule is
- **11 hours** per day on a rotation of 6 weeks: 3 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 3 weeks for rest.

**Responsibilities**
Under the supervision of the manager, the main responsibilities of the blaster will be:
- Perform tasks in accordance with current safety standards, including health and safety procedures;
- Carry out blasting work or any other activity requiring the use of explosives;
- Prepare the site for the driller;
- May need to use various tools associated with drilling tasks;
- Ensure equipment inspection before and after the work shift;
- If necessary, perform any other tasks requested by the supervisor.
**Qualifications**
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in long hole charging;
- Holder of a Vocational Studies Diploma (DEP) in Drilling and Blasting or equivalent experience in a similar position;
- Proficient in the Digishot Plus electronic blasting system;
- Possession of a valid general explosives permit;
- Have completed mining modules FMTM 1 to 5 and 7.
