**Job Title: Landscape Maintenance General Manager - Lead our Strata Maintenance Team**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute schedules for landscape maintenance activities, ensuring the timely completion of projects while maximizing operational efficiency.
- Effectively manage and lead a team of 30 landscape maintenance employees, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and productivity.
- Oversee the execution of landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, irrigation management, and other related activities.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to address their specific needs, manage service requests, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring availability and proper maintenance to support daily operations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, promoting a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the team, setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continually improve service quality and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to grow the strata maintenance division and meet business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in the landscape maintenance industry, with a strong background in strata maintenance.
- Proven track record in successfully managing and leading a team of landscape maintenance professionals.
- Results-motivated and goal-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and drive operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, equipment, and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with landscape maintenance software and scheduling tools.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
