**About Us**:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mall Manager to join our team at Cobb's Block Central. Our building is home to a vibrant community of tenants, and we are looking for someone who can seamlessly coordinate all aspects of mall management while fostering positive relationships with our tenants and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the property.
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to any on-site issues or emergencies, ensuring the safety and security of the property.
- Oversee the property's security measures, including managing access schedules and safety protocols.
- Organize and manage events within the mall, collaborating with tenants to support successful outcomes.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and security.

**About the Role**:As the face of the mall, you will play a key role in representing our property to tenants and the community. While you won't need to be on-site every day, your presence and leadership will be felt through your proactive management and strong relationships with tenants.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in management, preferably in a property management or retail environment.
- A background in trades is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for diplomacy and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to respond quickly and efficiently in emergencies.
- A "people person" who enjoys working in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
