Position Summary:
- Cleans and maintains a clean office space, meeting spaces, washrooms and lunch room.- Schedule: Sun - Thurs, 6pm - 2am.
- Essential Functions:
- Maintains the facility and associated paperwork to meet AIB and other food safety standards.-
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs and vacuums; may include hallways, stairs and office space within the distribution center.-
- Empties trash and garbage containers.-
- Performs other duties as assigned.- Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Employees in all positions must be able to immediately perceive auditory warning signals such as bells, alarms, and horns that are used to warn employees of the start-up, movement, or approach of equipment (including forklifts, turrets, overhead cranes, conveyors, trucks, and other equipment operated inside or outside the warehouse), mechanical abnormalities, and similar risk situations during warehouse operations.-
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English.-
- Ability to read and understand information on a Material Safety Data Sheet, and adhere to safety regulations and procedures.-
- Ability to work independently and within team environment.-
- Must be able to operate powered industrial vehicle (PIV), vacuum cleaner, and other various types of equipment.-
