We are seeking a Dietary Aide to work in Orillia in a LTC home. Day shifts are available. We are looking for part-time to full-time staff with experience in a LTC home.

- Serve meals to residents
- Communicate regularly with dietary supervisor and cooks about meals, leftovers, wastage, temperature, and any other concerns
- Complete nourishment assignments as per menu and nourishment plans
- Follow diets, meal plans, and serving sizes as directed by the registered dietician and/or the dietary supervisor
- Adhere to resident's likes and dislikes list and communicate any changes to the registered dietician and dietary supervisor
- Assist with basic food preparation
- Practice safe food handling procedures, proper hand hygiene, and infection control procedures
- All other duties, as assigned

**Key qualifications for this position will include, but are not limited to**:

- Current Ontario Food Handler certificate
- Valid First Aid/CPR certificate
- Vulnerable sector screen and satisfactory professional references
- Similar experience in a long term care home
- Computer literacy
- Experience with PCC (PointClickCare) is an asset
- The ability to focus on multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
