**SAW CUTTER AND CORE DRILLER**

**UTILITY AND CONSTRUCTION - UNION ROLE**

Powerline Plus Ltd. provides quality solutions to public utilities, municipalities and developers, as well as to industrial, national and international manufacturing companies across the GTA.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Saw cutter role includes but not limited to, following duties**:

- Must have a valid G license and clean driver abstract.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
- Operate and maintain cutting equipment to perform precise cuts on various materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine cutting requirements
- Experience core drilling
- Set up and adjust cutting tools and equipment for optimal performance

Monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy and quality of cuts
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Excellent problem-solving skills

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
