We are searching for a **BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSIS, FINANCE** to join our Business Systems Analysis team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

**About the Opportunity**
- Conducts data analysis on system platforms to uncover risks, trends, and opportunities, exploring avenues for added organizational value through functional changes, integration, reporting/decision support, or user support.
- Research and champions new features, processes, or technologies to address business challenges and enhance operational efficiency. The technical lead on implementing user defined requirements in the platforms.
- Process builder and data analyst to automate manual processes across various departments and in various systems.
- Supports departmental training initiatives by developing education materials and written procedures for system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
- Contributes to crafting policies, procedures, and industry best practices, shaping the foundation for effective platform administration.
**About You**
In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability, you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on supporting finance systems, finance system architecture, data models, and technical configurations.
- A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care
- Working proficiency in French would be considered an asset
