Parts Wrangler Wanted

Join our thrilling team at Ralph’s Motorsports as a Parts Wrangler This is your chance to dive into the fast-paced world of motorsports, where you’ll be responsible for bringing in parts, accessories, and apparel to our inventory while having a blast every day with the team

Position Details:

- Manage Incoming Orders: Receive, unpack, and sort parts and accessories, ensuring everything is perfectly logged in our inventory system—both electronically and physically
- Showroom Superstar: Help organize and merchandise items in our showroom, making sure every product shines and is accurately priced for our customers.
- Customer Communication: Reach out to customers to inform them about their parts and accessories that just arrived, keeping everyone in the loop and excited
- Shipping Maestro: Prepare outgoing orders, including eCommerce shipments, and accurately communicate shipping estimates and costs—no detail overlooked
- Vendor Liaison: Work closely with our vendors to resolve any missing, mis-shipped, or damaged orders, maintaining strong relationships all around.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reports to keep our stock fresh and ready.
- Occasionally jump in to assist the Parts & Accessories department with customer transactions, showcasing your team spirit

What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and some knowledge of parts, accessories, and apparel in the motorsports world.

A customer-first attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Experience in a warehouse or retail environment; parts retail experience is a plus

Background in administration or inventory management is a strong asset.

Work Environment:
You’ll spend most of your time in the warehouse and parts inventory rooms, with lots of walking and standing. Be prepared for some heavy lifting and cleaning as part of your day-to-day. Expect to work in an environment with dust, dirt, and the exciting sounds and smells of the motorsports world

We operate from Tuesday to Saturday, making every day an adventurePay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
