Manufacturing Operations Associate

**Job Description Summary**:
STEMCELL Technologies is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Associate to join our dynamic team that will play a vital role in facilitating change, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role you will provide operational support on the implementation of current and new processes and products by ensuring that required documentation is in place, change management is implemented, and adequate training is delivered. As a Manufacturing Operations Associate your contribution will be pivotal in driving meaningful change and improvements within our manufacturing department.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support change within the manufacturing department by coordinating and participating in programs related to change management, documentation and training
- Review and evaluate change requests, including initiating the prioritization process and setting up all relevant documentation
- Ensure the timely completion of change requests and maintain accurate documentation including following up on previous requests and their documentation
- Review and analyze existing changes in the quality system and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Provide support for temporary changes and contribute to effective data management
**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations
- Excellent data analysis skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Strong problem-solving aptitude to address challenges effectively, including exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Understanding of change management practices and experience with SAP is an asset

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$56,270.00 - $76,100.00
STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
