Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Strength Coach or related position.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Physical Education, Sport Administration, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience playing professional, semi-professional, college or high-level minor sports.
- Personal Training certification required
- Ability to train days, afternoons and evening, Monday to Sunday.
- Highly motivated with exceptional leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Initiative and the ability to multitask
- Superior organizational ability and time management skills required
- CPR/SFA considered an asset
