You will act as an organizational learning analyst and custodian of the function's finances. The function's budget is more than $15 million, as well as a team of 53 people distributed among Bombardier's 7 manufacturing sites. Activities include budget preparation, expenses tracking, variance analysis, PO/PR preparation and invoices management. Also, you will coordinate the governance in place in the function and work with the leaders to ensure the actions follow-up in the team.

You will join the organizational learning team reporting directly to the director of the function You also work with organizational learning teams across all of our sites (Canada, United States and Mexico).

In your role, you will
- Create purchase requests as well as internal invoicing as needed, for the Organizational Learning teams of all sites (Canada-United States-Mexico)
- Validate, approve and record invoices from suppliers and track payments.
- Follow up with suppliers on various billing/ordering issues.
- Carry out, independently and rigorously, the monitoring of the budget and, if necessary, prepare supporting documents for budget variances, present the results to the management team every quarter and proceed to the monthly accruals.
- Manage the governance of the management team, coordinate meetings, prepare relevant documents, record actions and ensure follow up.

**Qualifications**
- You have a college diploma in administration or equivalent.
- You have more than 5 years of relevant experience including basic Accounting.
- You are bilingual, English and French, spoken and written. Spanish is an asset.
- You have a good knowledge of the suite Office 365 and have experience with the SAP program.
- You are very well organized, disciplined and meticulous.
- You work independently and meet deadlines.
- You enjoy working in a team and developing interpersonal relationships.
