Trademark Practitioner

Palmer IP is a company of US and Canadian professionals located in Coal Harbour, Vancouver, BC, providing intellectual property services to an array of university, industry and corporate clients.

Minimum 5 years experience in trademarks is required.

US and Canadian trademark experience is preferred. Lawyer or attorney qualifications are also an asset.

This is a full-time position, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement in the future.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to effectively manage deadlines;

- Well versed in computing systems including Worldox, Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel;
- Familiarity with the CIPO and USPTO websites;

- High attention to detail; and
- A strong work ethic.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 based on experience.
