**DESCRIPTION**:

- True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for an energetic and customer service professional to join our team.
- The Manager, Ticket Operations is responsible for overseeing the ticket operation and service components of working with clients and promoters utilizing Ticketmaster services for TNSE’s Live Entertainment events at our venues and specialty off-site events.
- What to be excited for in this role:

- Lead ticket operations focusing on the Ticketmaster products that are used by True North Sports & Entertainment.
- Oversee the operation and service requirement of live entertainment ticketing to promoters and Ticketmaster throughout events (beginning to end)
- Provide onsite event support identifying and communicating venue requirements to clients (promoters and touring personnel) for any questions they may have.
- Lead the design and implementation of new event manifest creations.
- Spearhead implementation of Ticketmaster products to facilitate client requirements.
- Work with the Manager, Ticket Operations (Hockey) to provide a high level of ticket service for internal and external customers.
- Lead the development and training for ticket operations employees, including onboarding and continuous training of new features associated to the department.
- What we need from you:

- 1-3 years’ experience with the Ticketmaster systems and technologies.
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in business administration an asset.
- A diploma in event planning an asset.
- Knowledge of Access Control Systems and Ticketmaster Products is preferred.
- Knowledge of events and entertainment industry an asset.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Customer service oriented, with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Sound interpersonal skills and judgment to aid in management of relationships with various clients, suppliers, subordinates, peers, and supervisors as required in this role.
- Strong organizational skills to stay on task and effectively manage competing demanding timeframes and competing deadlines.
- High ability to collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure delivery of service is met and sustained.
