**Who are you?**

**Essential Job Functions**
- Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers.
- Communicates with manufacturers on warranty claims.
- Review warranty repair orders for completion, accuracy, and legibility.
- Liaise with service departments to ensure all information, including pictures, have been provided and documented in the Dealership Management System (DMS) to ensure warranty work is approved and paid.
- Order and track warranty parts.
- Liaise with service department to ensure/facilitate warranty part returns or credits when required.
- Tracks, appeals, and resubmits claims to ensure timely payment.
- Maintain complete and accurate records and filling system and reconcile claims.
- Keep updated on all manufacturer’s warranty policies and procedures.
- Communicate with service department on the status of warranty claims.
- Analyze problems and identify trends to develop strategies for maximizing claim process.
- Receive warranty parts in DMS.
- Liaise with Manager or Supervisor to determine daily priorities.
- Maintain clean workspace and respectful use of company equipment and tools.
- Maintain a safe and positive work environment and adhere to all safety standards.
- Respond and interact with all lot visitors, customer, and staff in a positive manner supportive of the dealership and products.

Essential Job Skills
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous Retail experience preferred
- Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must maintain a professional demeanour and work ethic
- Ability to lift 20-50 lbs. and climb a ladder
- Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve and maximize claims
- Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines in a hectic environment
- Strong creative writing skills

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
