Reporting to the Deputy Treasurer, this position will support the day-to-day administration of the Finance Department including preparing and organizing correspondence, answering staff inquiries, and supporting the administration of financial documents. Additionally, this position will assist with projects, research, and document creation as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a full-time student in the 2023-24 school year at a secondary or post-secondary education institution and be returning to school full-time for the 2024-25 school season
- Must be available to attend and complete mandatory safety training and orientation
- Possess good communication skills with ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work with confidential information with tact and diplomacy
- Valid standard First Aid or AED training would be an asset

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**Rate**: $18.13/hr

Students will be required to provide a clean criminal record check, and proof of enrolment if successful in a summer position with the City of Kenora.
