Provision of general Administrative Support services to the Department.

Professional written and verbal communication with all concerned parties with respect to planning, development, enforcement, business licensing subdivision and development process, safety codes process, mapping and graphics.
**Training and Experience**:

- A background in municipal government
- Excellent organizational, communications and report-writing skills as well as a demonstrated ability to deal with the public, administration and elected officials in a courteous and efficient manner
- Knowledge of municipal legislation and relevant statutes, in addition to the familiarity with County structure, operations, and knowledge of rural community planning
- A background in agenda and minute preparation would be an asset
- An understanding of filing and record maintenance would be an asset
