Core Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the latest and greatest in Farming Technology and Equipment to our customers in their fields at their farms. Including the latest series of Combines, Sprayers and Tractors.
- Organizing customer clinics and information sessions on new equipment and technology.
- Provide customer orientations on new and used equipment purchases.
- Attend product training - continuously learning and staying up to date on the latest features, changes and advancements within the industry.
- Provide support on the Precision Farming Products sold within the dealership, both in person, service calls, and over the phone.
- Calibrate autosteer, rate controllers, and other automated features on machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and repair autosteer, rate controllers, wiring, and other automated features on machinery and equipment
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of and a passion for the Agriculture Industry.
- Understanding of the sense of urgency within the Agriculture Industry
- A strong desire to continuously learn about and teach the features of new equipment and technology available within the industry.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and good understanding of the importance of superior customer service.
