Renovation Assistant

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform renovation tasks such demolition, framing, structural modifications, windows & doors installation, drywall installation, plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, etc.
- Understand and follow project requirements and specifications at all times.
- Lay tile and perform caulking for various surfaces.
- Form concrete structures as part of renovation projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the renovation process.
- Communicate effectively with project manager to address any concerns or changes in project scope.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in renovation or construction work, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in drywall installation, cabinet installation, carpentry, blueprint reading, tile laying, caulking, and concrete forming.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with renovation work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
- Retention bonus

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 3 years (required)
- Skilled Labor: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
