Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our construction team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of construction crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead construction crews, providing guidance and support throughout the project
- Plan and schedule work assignments for crew members, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Monitor project progress, identifying any issues or delays and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Review schematics, blueprints, and other construction documents to ensure accurate implementation
- Utilize construction management software (ProCore) to track project milestones and communicate updates
- Assist with construction estimating, including material takeoffs and cost analysis
- Oversee budgeting and cost control measures for assigned projects
- Train crew members on proper construction techniques and safety procedures

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Crew Leader or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints
- Familiarity with construction management software (ProCore)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with construction estimating is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
