**As a Project Coordinator, You Will**:

- Assist with overall project performance including forecasting, costs, schedule, and quality
- Maintain and promote excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and public
- Manage change order processes, including pricing, negotiating, processing and assessing cost and schedule impact
- Adhere to the Miller Group’s Policy and Procedure Manual and ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and other regulations for construction projects
- Assist project planning and scheduling
- Maintain plans, specifications, cost and materials estimates, subcontracts, reports etc. and ensure latest issues are distributed as required
- Coordinate procurement of construction materials ensuring timely delivery of accurate materials and equipment
- Ensure project cost requirements are met and coding procedures are followed
- Assist with estimation and bidding efforts
- Adhere to COR Guidelines and follow industry best practices to ensure a safe work environment
- Oversee all facets of project closeout, including documents archiving, maintenance/ warranty manuals etc.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Possess strong mathematical and computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project Sidetrack and Bid2Win, or equivalent programs)
- Knowledge of construction terms and processes is an asset
- Knowledge of MTO specifications and practices including the understanding of OPSS, OPSD & MTOD, MTO contract experience is an asset
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies
- Demonstrate effective organizational skills/time management skills
- Strong understanding of budgets, costing and time tracking
