Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at our facility. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, as well as managing a team of security personnel. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills and a background in surveillance, law enforcement, or loss prevention.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel on-site
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and identify potential security risks
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
- Train and educate security staff on proper procedures and protocols
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment
- Implement and enforce access control measures

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in the security field, surveillance, law enforcement, or loss prevention
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Proficient in operating CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others
