Responsibilities:
- Perform Psychotherapist sessions for clients
- Assess clients' needs and create customized treatment plans
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding massage therapy
Qualifications:
- Valid certification
- Proficient communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy is preferred but not required
- Exceptional work ethic, interpersonal skills & ability to build client rapport.
- Interest in sharing knowledge and engaging in team-based patient care with other healthcare professionals.
- A Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for your clients.
- Performance-oriented with an openness to discuss & implement performance goals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
- Experience working with electronic medical records systems (Jane app)
We are a new private facility, offering a split %.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $60.00-$80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
