Reporting to the Director, People Experience and Talent Services, the Organizational Development (OD) Consultant will support achievement of Waypoint’s strategic and corporate goals through the provision of customized, evidence-based Organizational Development consultation.

**Please Note**:This position offers a hybrid work environment consisting of in-office and remote work. The office location is 500 Church St in Penetanguishene, ON.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Partner with managers/directors and develop senior-level organizational development interventions to support the achievement of corporate goals and strategies
- Supports the implementation of Waypoint’s leadership capabilities framework (LEADS)
- Partner with Divisional HR/Talent Consultants and Business Partners to analyze corporate HR data, identify performance gaps and make recommendations for remedial action related to learning and development
- In response to identified needs, research external consultation services and make recommendations for service delivery.
- Participate in hospital-wide projects, teams and committees, as assigned
- Facilitation and presentation skills to deliver and develop targeted learning events, engage groups and impart information.
- Project management and planning skills to support a range of organizational development initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as human resources, business, healthcare/public administration, communication, social sciences, arts
- Additional professional education or equivalent experience in a related field such as: adult learning, advanced facilitation, change management (Prosci certification), organizational effectiveness, project management
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources, talent management and/or organizational development preferred
- Facilitation and presentation skills to deliver and develop targeted learning events and engage groups
- Analytical thinking skills in order to monitor, assess and implement programs and address operational needs
- Change management skills to promote, support and implement change in line with the hospital strategic directions
- Results oriented work ethic to work independently and undertake tasks needed to accomplish work objectives and deliver quality, consistent and timely results
- Model and promote core ethical practices and Waypoint Values with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Preference for proficiency in French/English
