Port Hope, Canada Brown's Towing Full time

**Brown's Towing** is looking for a **Tow Truck Driver** to join our team in Port Hope, ON as a **Driver**.

As a driver, you will be responsible for towing vehicles from one location to another in a safe and timely manner. You will perform shop duties when not towing. All drivers are required to have a clean drivers abstract and a clean criminal record check. You must be 21 years of age for insurance requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Load, secure, and unload vehicles at designated locations
- Use a GPS to find the best routes and times to meet deadlines
- Monitor GPS directions to pick up and drop off
- Report any problems to the dispatcher or management
- Follow safety guidelines (e.g. use of hand tools or no-tear paper) and adhere to safety policies (e.g. restricted access areas)
- Notify dispatch of issues when needed
- Adhere to safety policies for areas of risk (e.g. not wearing jewelry or gloves) or when not in confined spaces) Highway PPE is required and is not provided by employer (safety boots, highway clothing)

Pay: $36,000.00-$38,000.00 per year
